Sally Back In New Zealand

Back from Norway, Sally and her husband Tore and daughter Em, settled into their home at Pukekohe.
Tore is contiuing to trout fish, Sall is thinking of getting another job. I look forward to seeing them more as time becomes available.

More Trout !

I was given a three more rainbow trout the other day, we prepared each of them a different way. We did however wrap in tinfoil and put in the oven this time instead of the barby.
The first one was stuffed with onion, butter and herbs, second one breadcrumbs and egg mix, salt & pepper, third one al la natural, the nicest was the latter, I think the natural juices came through the meat to give that really sensational fresh fish taste, the others were ok although a bit over the top. Not A Trout Fisherman

I'm not but my daughters husband is Tore Nilsen from Norway now living in New Zealand, he has fished every where and is very experienced.
My forte would be sea fishing both small & large ie snapper to marlin.
